Post-Construction Cleaning

post renoYour newly constructed building is most likely your most important asset, an asset where your hard work and planning has been spent on. When the construction is finally complete, a complete cleanup is a very important task. Inside-Out will come to your construction or renovation site and talk with you about your cleaning needs. Depending on your wants and your budget, we will create a customized cleaning plan and provide you with a written estimate. Then, just after the construction has finished and just before move-in, we complete the cleaning (in most cases within one day) and your home is in clean, move-in condition. No gyproc dust everywhere, no stickers on your windows, no cleaning to do! All you need to focus on is your move in, isn't that the way it should be?

Inside-Out has been cleaning up after Construction or Renovation for over 15 years; we understand how important the job is:

  • It's important to collect all dust and debris in a construction zone before the space is used for it's purpose. Moving in with construction dust insures you will be constantly chasing construction dust around after you've moved in.
  • It's important to have the cleaning completed in one day. We know you want to use the space for it's intended purpose as soon as possible, so we send as many cleaning technicians as we need to insure there's only one day of cleaning between the final day of building, and the first day of your move in.
  • It's important that all cabinetry, drawers and closets are completely cleaned before you fill them. This includes taking drawers out of their place and cleaning all areas of cabinetry. This insures the contents go in their place clean and come out clean when you need them!
  • It's important when you move in that all areas be in usable condition. This includes your kitchen area and it's appliances, and your washrooms and their fixtures.
  • It's important that your windows are clean and clear to let all the natural light in, and not obscure your view out of them. This includes both sides of the glass.
  • It's important there is no grit or debris on your newly laid floor surface (whatever it is!)
