• works with your life schedule (some positions are evening positions, others are day positions)
• routinely provides the weekly amount of work you are looking for (part-time or full time positions available)

Below is a brief description of the most probable employment positions we offer:

JANITORIAL TECHNICIAN (generally evening work):

• A Clean Criminal Record is a pre-requisite for all positions
• Reliable Transportation to and from your work location or locations as required
• When on duty, be presentable, professional and always in an IOCS uniform
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
• Ability to self manage as in most cases you will be completing work on your own, and responsible for one or multiple office spaces
• Perform proper waste collection and separation procedures as required 
• Perform any other cleaning duties as required (bathroom cleaning, floor vacuuming and mopping, etc.)
• Understand and consistently use all forms and paperwork procedures

HOUSECLEANING TECHNICIAN (generally day work):

• A Clean Criminal Record is a pre-requisite for all positions
• Reliable Transportation to and from our office located in Blockhouse
• When on duty, be presentable, professional and always in an IOCS uniform
• Ability to work most week days and some Saturdays as required by your position
• Ability to work as a team member as in most cases you will be working with another housecleaning technician
• Perform cleaning duties which include one-time house or office cleaning, routine housecleaning, and other various cleaning duties

SPECIALIZED CLEANING TECHNICIAN (generally day work):

• A Clean Criminal Record is a pre-requisite for all positions
• Reliable Transportation to and from our office located in Blockhouse
• When on duty, be presentable, professional and always in an IOCS uniform
• Ability to work most week days and some Saturdays as required by your position
• Ability to work as a team member as in most cases you will be working with another specialized technician
• Perform cleaning duties which include Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Hard Floor Care, Area Rug Cleaning, Window Cleaning, etc.
