We want your carpet or upholstery we clean to look great, so if there are any spots after we clean that you feel should have cleaned out, call us! We’ll come back with our spotting machine and see what we can do, up to 1 month after we’ve cleaned.

To take it a step further, we know there’s nothing worse than getting your carpet or upholstery professionally cleaned, only to have an accident and spill something the next week! Don’t fret, because our one month spotless guarantee also covers accidents! Call us up to 1 month after we clean and we’ll come over at our earliest convenience and do our best to extract the spill with our spotting machine.

Spotless Guarantee Details:

• This guarantee lasts for 31 days after we've cleaned your carpets.
• Each spot cannot be more than 2 feet x 2 feet in size, unfortunately we cannot come back and clean all of your carpet again.
• Our Carpet Cleaning Technicians will go over any spots on your carpet they feel are permanent. We will come back and try to re-clean these spots if you ask us to, but there are unfortunately some spots that are permanent and will never clean out.
