Our Carpet / Upholstery Cleaning Method

• Our friendly office staff will ask you a few initial questions and if possible provide you with an estimated price range for the carpet cleaning you would like us to do.
• We schedule a date and time that works for your schedule.

• It’s important to us that we arrive on the date and time we schedule with you. If for whatever reason we can’t, we will contact you as soon as we can to provide you with an update on our arrival.
• After we arrive, we provide you with a pre-cleaning inspection of the areas you’d like us to clean. We will look at the area, ask you a few questions and provide you with our opinion on how the area will clean and if there are any stains we feel are permanent. We also provide you with the exact cost of the service so you can sign off on the price before we start. No surprises!

• The first thing we do to any carpet we clean is vacuum the area thoroughly with an industrial strength vacuum cleaner. This gets rid of any dry soil/particulate in the carpet before we clean.
• We then pre-spray the carpet with a solution we deem to be the best for the type of carpet you have and how dirty the carpet is (we have different pre-spray solutions for different cleaning situations)
• We then pre-treat any spots or stains with a solution we deem to be the best for the type of stain we are dealing with. We have success cleaning out most stains from carpet but there may be stains that we deem permanent. The type of stain, how long it’s been on the carpet and what’s been done to the stain since it’s been there are some factors that make some stains removable and some stains permanent.
• We then use our carpet-cleaning machine to spray pressurized hot water into your carpet and extract it almost instantly with its powerful dual vacuums. The vacuums pick up the majority of any hot water we spray into the carpet, along with the majority of soil and product we’ve sprayed onto the carpet. 
• Some furniture can be moved back onto the damp carpet without a protective barrier, but if we feel any furniture we move back onto the carpet might damage the damp carpet, we leave you with protective barriers to eliminate this from happening.

• We will make sure you are happy with the results and we normally leave air movers in your home to facilitate quick carpet drying times.
• We answer any other questions you have, provide you with the invoice for cleaning and are on our way!

• Normally the next business day you will receive a call from our office to ask if you were happy with our service, as well as set up a time to come back and get the air mover out of your way (if we’ve left one).
• This gives you a great time to provide us with any input on the carpet cleaning. If there are spots you thought should come out, or if there are spots that reappeared after the carpet dried, let us know! We’ll schedule a time as soon as possible to come back with our spotting machine and do our best to clean the spots out!
